When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, the phone number or email address you provide, the service you selected, your description of the issue, and any scheduling notes or other details you add. We only collect what you choose to type into the form.

If you start a monthly plan, PayPal shares your name, email address, and subscription details with us so we know who subscribed and to which plan.

Our host, Vercel, records standard server and request logs when you visit the site. These can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps. We use this only to keep the site running and to investigate errors. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.

We use what you give us to:

• Respond to your inquiry and schedule your service
• Perform and follow up on the work you asked us to do
• Process payments and manage monthly plan subscriptions
• Keep records of the work we have done for you
• Comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's advertising.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by PayPal. Your card and bank details go directly to PayPal and are never sent to, seen by, or stored on our systems. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction along with your name, email address, and plan details. PayPal's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We use a small number of third parties to run this site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase stores contact form submissions and subscription records.
• Resend sends us the notification email containing your inquiry.
• PayPal processes payments and recurring billing.
• Vercel hosts the website.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

During a repair or support session, we may see files, accounts, or other content on your equipment. We access only what is needed to do the work you requested, we do not copy or retain your personal files beyond what a job requires, and we do not share what we see with anyone. Any backup or transfer we make at your request is handed to you and removed from our equipment once the job is complete, unless you ask us to keep it.

We keep contact form submissions and service records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting requirements, typically several years. Subscription records are kept for the life of the subscription and afterward as required for our records. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.

Email us at support@itfirstresponse.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your own PayPal account, or ask us to do it for you.

We use reputable providers and limit access to your information to what is necessary to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
