One plan, priced per user, that keeps the systems your team depends on running: monitoring, patching, security, backup, and the accounts your team signs in with. Less downtime means fewer interruptions and more of your day spent on work that pays. Most small offices in Lee County are paying for Microsoft 365 already and have nobody administering it. That is the gap this covers. No seat minimum, and no multi-year lock-in.

Full managed IT for your office: automated monitoring and alerting, automatic patching, managed antivirus and ransomware protection, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace backup, and account and device management. Includes one hour of remote support per user each month, pooled across your team, for day-to-day issues during business hours. Remote time beyond your pool, larger projects, after-hours, and on-site work are billed at $125/hr. No seat minimum. A one-time onboarding fee of $150 per user applies, waived if you choose an initial term.

Project and hourly work
Work outside the plan, and everything for businesses not on a plan, is billed hourly. Migrations, new-office setups, and larger projects are quoted up front so you approve the number before I start.
